We are located in Nelson, BC - between Calgary and Vancouver - a beautiful 3 hour drive north of Spokane, Washington.

Our location is just one block from historic downtown - steps away from superb restaurants, lively coffee shops, unique specialty stores, and a nice choice of accomodation. We're minutes from a pristine lake, parks, stunning scenery, and a wide range of activities.

We are on the 1st floor of the Kootenay Health Coop building and are wheelchair accessible.

There is convenient street parking in the area and a large parkade 1 block away.

To ensure uninterupted sessions, programs are always by appointment.
