We are located in the heart of beautiful British Columbia, Canada - between Calgary and Vancouver and a scenic 3 hour drive north of Spokane, Washington.

Our retreat location is just one block from historic downtown - steps away from superb restaurants, lively coffee shops, unique specialty stores, and a good choice of accomodation. We're minutes from a pristine lake, parks, stunning scenery, and a nice range of activities.

We are located on the 1st floor of the Kootenay Health Coop building and are wheelchair accessible.

There is convenient street parking in the area (most parking meters are $1 for 2 hours) as well as a parkade 2 blocks away.

To ensure uninterupted sessions, all brain programs are by appointment.
