How do I get started?

What's next?
The first step is a brain balance assessment which takes 1 ½ hours to 2 hours. The assessment measures
brain frequencies in six areas of your brain. It reveals which areas of your brain are overactive and which areas are underactive.
Then brain balancing "protocols" are selected to perfectly match your brain and your objectives. Your first
brain balancing session follows the assessment or it can be scheduled at a later time.
How long is each brain balance session?
Each brain balance session takes 1½ to 2 hours. 60 to 75 minutes is active brain balancing. The remaining time
is used to move sensors, work with the brain technology, and communicate with
you.
Can I do just one session to see what its like?
Sort of. In our consultation we can show you what is involved. You can also see the process demonstrated in
several of the brain videos.
However the process relies on a brain balance assessement to measure your exact brain balance and see where your
brain is underactive and where it is overactive.
From then on, the brain balance process helps your brain to learn to "sing a new song." It takes repetition to
create new brain patterns. One session does not give the opportunity to create new brain patterns or make lasting
changes.
How many sessions will I need?
A minimum of 10 brain balance sessions are needed to gain a lasting benefit. Evening and weekend sessions are
available if needed.
How soon before I see results?
Many clients report changes after their first few brain balance sessions. Each brain responds differently.
Virtually all clients report that they feel noticably different by the end of their sessions.
The brain will continue to change and "integrate" up to 3 weeks after brain balancing is complete.
What results should I expect?
Because each person is unique, results vary from person to person. Clients with brain imbalances that are noticeably affecting their lives usually feel results
surprisingly quickly and people around them usually notice changes as well.
Clients with smaller imbalances tend to show more subtle results that are often noticed first by family,
friends, and coworkers.
Benefits felt by almost all clients are a sense of calm, relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, feeling more
connected, better sleep, a stronger sense of well being, and many others for those that are more personally in tune
with their well being.
Is brain balancing permanent or will I have to keep coming back?
Unlike physical muscles that weaken without use, the brain naturally seeks a balanced, stable condition. After
brain balancing it is more difficult to get out of balance and easier to return to balance.
Once a neural network is dominant, it stays dominant. For example, once you learn to ride a bicycle is quite
easy to do it again, even years later. When riding a bike it is surprisingly difficult to force yourself off
balance without the automatic desire and tendency to stay in balance.
However, if a person returns to a life with the same conditions and lifestyle that contributed to their brain
imbalances then, over time, these "forces" will again encourage imbalances.
The beauty of brain balance is that it allows us to more readily recognize circumstances that are imbalanced and
make new balanced choices.
How old must a child be to use this brain technology?
Brain balancing works on people of all ages. We have worked with children as young at 6 years old. However, the
child needs to remain seated for at least one hour and be cooperative during the process so this is determined on a
case by case basis.
Is brain balancing a safe process?
Yes. Brain balancing is non-invasive. There are no drugs, no electricity into your brain or body, and no
surgical procedures. Brain balancing is simply a highly specialized form of bio-feedback that allows your brain to
balance and harmonize itself.
Do I have to do anything during the sessions?
Just sit on our amazingly comfortable meditation chair, relax, and get to
know what it feels like to have a balanced brain.
Does brain balancing interfere with medication?
No.
Are there any medications that prevent or lessen the benefits of brain balancing?
Possibly. Medications called beta-blockers (usually prescribed for heart conditions) may lessen the benefits in
some people.
Are there any lifestyle changes I need to do before, during, or after brain balance sessions?
Alcohol may interfere with the creation of new neural networks. It is best not to drink alcohol several days
before, during, and three weeks following brain balance sessions.
What can I expect after my brain balance program?
After your brain balance sessions you may find that you no longer desire or have a need for depressants, drugs,
or stimulants such as alcohol, cigarettes or and caffeine. You may find that food cravings reduce. When the brain
is balanced the need for substances to make you "feel good" tends to reduce as you are naturally feel more
balanced.
Each person is different but you may notice your sleep is deeper, you wake up more easily, feel more rested,
have more energy, are happier for no apparent reason, have a greater ability to focus, little things that used to
irritate no longer matter and you experience a renewed feeling of enthusiasm for life.
