Brain balance factors
Brain balance affects everything: Your thoughts, relationships, goals, accomplishments,
physical health, well being, identity, and much more.
Brain balance can be dramatically improved by reducing brain stress factors and
working with brain balance factors.

Brain balance is connected to:
Perception
Oxygen
Water
Being active
Rejuvenation
Sustenance
Toxicity
Stress levels
Past traumas
Brain balance is connected to perception
Perception is the result of life experiences which have formed beliefs, habits, thoughts, and actions.
Perception influences the creation of neural-pathways in the brain. When perception is changed, so does the way you
react to new experiences.
How you perceive life is often how your life will perceive you. Perception is one key to stress related
disorders. Alter your perception and the way brain stress affects your body will be
altered.
Brain balance is connected to oxygen/air quality
Without oxygen we would die in minutes. It is our single most important fuel. Increasing oxygen intake increases
blood oxygen levels, resulting in increased alertness, well being, detoxification, and rejuvenation.
We take breathing for granted yet, when we breathe in an intentionally deliberate way, our physical and
emotional state can be dramatically altered.
Many of us take small shallow breaths, barely enough to survive, but not enough to thrive. When learn how to
breathe properly, breath changes our life experience, for the better. Yogis in India have known for thousands of
years that breath can be used to influence emotional states and increase vitality.
Air quality is also a key to vitality. People naturally feel wonderful when in a deep green forest or near a
waterfall. While we have no control over outdoor air quality, there are many ways to improve indoor air
quality.
Brain balance is connected to water/hydration
Up to 55% of body mass is water. Virtually every function in the body requires the presence of water. A
well-hydrated body allows the body to function properly and efficiently. Drinking plenty good clean water is one of
the easiest ways to detoxify and feel more energetic. Water is also required for proper functioning of the central
nervous system and brain function.
Brain balance is connected to being active
The human body is designed to move, carry weight, and do physical work. Without sufficient movement, physical
effort, and stretching, our physical form suffers. Movement also allows all organs to function better.
Brain balance is connected to rejuvenation
In modern times, particularly western culture, we simply do not pay enough attention to rest, relaxation and
rejuvenation. Sleep patterns are directly tied to our body’s ability to rejuvenate.
Brain balance is connected to sustenance
(nutrition and supplementation)
Although there is an obesity epidemic in many parts of the world, ironically most of these people are literally
being starved of proper nutrition. People mistakenly think that because they eat a quantity of food that they are
getting nutrition.
Most of these people are not deficient in calories, but they are deficient in nutrition. An underlying
nutritional deficiency is why so many people cannot beat their craving for food. Our bodies need a balance of good
clean natural foods.
Brain balance is connected to toxicity
What comes out of our bodies, is as important as what goes in. We live in toxic times. People now carry chemical
and toxic burdens in their bodies that were unimagineable only a few generations ago. Cleanses, fasts, saunas,
colonics, drinking lots of water, exercise help eliminate toxins.
Brain balance is connected to stress levels
We have a degree of choice how we respond to certain types of stress however, the body and brain automatically
responds to others.
Stress causes the body to produce a substance called cortisol which helps restore balance to a variety of
functions within the body and brain, particularly after the stress is gone. However, extended periods of stress can
cause destructive amounts of cortisol to be produced. Ongoing stress is damaging.
Brain balance is connected to past traumas
We have some degree of choice how we respond to life's physical, toxic, and emotional traumas. However, the
brain "hardwires itself" in response to traumas that it perceives as threatening to its (and your) survival.
The brain always tries to ensure self preservation. This can lock brain patterning into behaviors and
functioning that do not serve us after the trauma. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is one of many examples of
this.
Lifes traumas, however insignificant we may think they are, can significantly change our brain balance,
functioning, and life.
Brain balance can be changed
With our brain balance programs, brain balance can now be measureably
improved in weeks (not months or years)!
For real measureable results, do a brain train program, brain support program, or meditation retreat
